This schedule includes the synchronous oral presentations, symposia, poster sessions, and teaching & learning fair sessions, as well as scheduled Q&A times for the asynchronous presentations. Changes to the schedule are no longer possible.

An overview of the session schedule has also been prepared. All times are in the CDT timezone (UTC-05:00).

The Abstracts Book is now complete, and the individual abstracts have been uploaded to the Abstract Archive.

Conference Deliviery Website/App

The schedule has now been to the Attendify conference app. You can access this on your computer or download the app in advance. You will need to provide the same email address you used to register for the conference when logging into the app.

Attendee and Presenters Details

To attend the 2021 Virtual Conference go to: https://ve.attendify.com/index/6gvh1t/s_6gvh1t/

Enter your email address and then password. If you are NOT registered or haven't yet created a password, you will be prompted to do so. To register you'll need the promo code (NASSM). Registration ends Wednesday, June 2nd at noon.

Please keep in mind you can use a mobile device or desktop to attend the conference.

Attendees and Presenters are encouraged to update their profile within Attendify to help personalize and humanize the virtual conference experience. Profile photos, avatars, university logo, etc. can help attendees & presenters connect better in the chat session, so please consider changing your individual profile.

Please note that synchronized sessions will promptly start AND end at their designated scheduled time. This is set up to help keep things on schedule and ensure attendees can maximize their presence at live sessions. Synchronous presenters are reminded that they need to admit attendees and should have their zoom session set up, so attendees are muted to avoid interruptions and unnecessary background noise. Attendees at live sessions are encouraged to use the Zoom chat function to answer questions. For LIVE synchronized sessions, the Zoom chat function should make it easier and more efficient for the presenter to respond.

For asynchronous or pre-recorded, poster, and Teaching & Learning Fair presentations, presenters should join their designated presentation slot to answer any questions. Attendees are encouraged to use the chat function with the Attendify platform to interact, engage, and ask questions of presenters.
